Now that its looking more likely to happen, here's my pitch for the Hell arc while its not clear yet how Kubo is gonna do it:>other gates to Hell appear, like notably in Hueco Mundo so that the Arrancar get involved>some Hell Hollows show up from time to time that are easily dealt with so the situation isn't that alarming yet and the Shinigami opt for just monitoring things for now lest they make things worse by sending in more people with high reiatsu>the big boss of Hell or whatever invites Kazui to go to their place to have some "fun">Kazui accepts and drags in Ichika and maybe the new Nemuri too if they have become friends at this point>Ichigo and co obviously try to find them then they either figure out that they probably got kidnapped into that new Hell place that opened up or Mayuri's got a signal on where they are if Nemuri is with them>Ichigo goes to Hell alongside a mix of guys who are concerned about their kids, want to see the captains that got sent there or just interested in seeing Hell>meanwhile the rest stay outside the gates to as precaution to deal with Hell Hollows leaking through and other potential threats that could pop upWhile it does seem a lot similar to the Arrancar arc, id say its a bit different in that you know beforehand that the other group hasn't been forgotten so the scenes can switch back to them at certain points while the Hell group progresses. This also gives a reason to split up the characters instead of just sending every strong character in Hell so that they can have their moment to shine. For example, Rangiku can be stuck defending the fort when Gin turns up instead of having her go in Hell just so that they have a reunion.
