This often gets conflated with many series being cancelled at volume 2 (17-21 total chapters) and while U19 can refer to "under 19 chapters" it just refers to the series itself. But any series that gets killed at vol 2 (even if vol makes it to 21 chapters) is still part of the U19 club. For example, Gonron is 21 chapters and Alien Headbutt was 16, both are part of the U19 club.
