I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A or whatever from like 2019, it works. If I were ever upgrade I'd get a chinktab, I head the iplay qube 60 or whatever is good on /g/ and especially good for manga. I promise you'll only use it for manga and for that all you need is a nice screen/aspect ratio, try not to get anything too expensive
