Kubo took this away from us. Ichigo and Rukia have good chemistry and a deeper bond than a platonic relationship since chapter 1.I don’t understand why he chose Orihime who has no personality, no chemistry, and no character development, and is Kubo’s glorified sex doll?

Ichigo lost Rukia, Midoriya lost Ochako, Goku fumbled Bulma, Natsu didn't get it on with Lucy in the end and Yuuji got pushed into persuing another girl by Nobara. Shounen leads just cannot win. I don't think I've seen a shounen lead get the girl since Busou Renkin and Inuyasha I guess.
