Kai continues the conversation based on the premise that it's unhealthy, and Ruka almost spills the beans about their physical relationship, that is, Kazuya's cum.
Of course, she manages to cover it up, thinking of Kazuya's best interests. His behavior was clearly unnatural.
Ruka, wondering why she had told him and telling him to forget about today, tries to leave in a panic, but Kai insists on walking her to the station.
