Which is worse

I think Baki is better, since you can at least pretend you're watching an "enhanced" version of the manga with voice acting, while Kengan just looks like utter shit and is a huge disservice to the original.
Both are obviously still slop, though.

They both have their strengths, even if KA's style is much more limiting. There were certain fights in KA that looked fantastic, like Okubo vs Agito and (I believe) Saw vs the fisherman guy. I haven't seen anything beyond the first season since the plot changes were pissing me off, but I'm guessing there are a few other standout fights later on.
