How much blood did the 90s Sailor Moon anime and Sailor Moon Crystal have?

Why not watch it and see?

Serious answer: I haven't really watched Crystal but it apparently censored some of the instances of gore from the original manga and they're generally a lot lamer there. So probably not much.

For the '90s anime: there's some but nothing crazy. Sometimes a character gets scratched or something to show a fight's more serious than the usual and you see a little blood. Once a character of the day gets injured and loses a lot of blood (puddle of blood shown on screen) and receives a blood transfusion that's also shown on screen but despite how this sounds it's not really graphic overall, like it's played really straightforwardly. One major character death in the first season has a lot of blood but they censor it by coloring it green so it looks kind of less visceral.
