I miss Miura's brilliant and symbolic sense of humor that made Berserk, this timeless masterpiece of a manga, even more special... I don't like those new chapters. They feel too serious and dark for my taste.

I'm a fan of the new chapters, Guts deserves a happy shonen ending and to rise up to his true mantle as the chosen one and ride off into the sunset with Casca and all his friends. I also think it'd be poetic if Griffith turned out not to be truly evil all along, but just trying his best and hope they hug it out before Guts obligatory kills Griffith, preferably with as little actual conflict/violence possible.
I want to see a yaoi happy ending.
