Everyone reading Baki only cares for what happens with Jack. He's such a fan favorite that he's pretty much the main character now. I feel like the logical outcome for his story would be to rematch with Baki, probably have a tie or have Baki still beat him but the point would be that he's so strong he was still able to fuck Baki up in that fight more than anyone else could besides Yujiro. Then he'd fight Yujiro and actually be able to do some damage to him like Baki did against Yujiro, but Jack would still lose. I don't think anyone realistically expects Jack to straight up beat Baki and Yujiro. Don't know how the story would progress after this. Maybe Pickle starts talking and learning martial arts?

The question was never wether Musashi could defeat the police, so I do not care if he potentially could had they acted perfectly rationally. The story of Musashi Dou is "could X defeat Y?" only superficially. The actual story is "what happens if X and Y meet?"
