The mythology of this series is good, but I really hate the romanceThe relationship is 100% give on his side and 100% take on her side, they revealed during several chapters that her thinking has never once changed since the start. He destroys everything he has to be with her, while she sees him as her current "guy that can save me".The chapter where she saw the church stopping witch sacrifice rituals as "An atrocity that could never be forgiven", even now she's firmly on the side of witches and demons, her saying how she only wishes to make the priest fall to depravity, the chapters that reveal what she's thinking and her thinking is very inhuman only identifying with demons even now and not at all with humans or humanity, she sees demon lords wiping out humanity and still mostly cares about the demon perspective and how they feel and sees humanity dying as an acceptable loss mostly, Belzebub wiped out thousands of humans and she only really cared about that cyclops, the story works hard to make sure you realize priest is in for a bad ending once he realizes deep down she hasn't actually met him halfway at all.
