This seems more like something at the end of a recent volume though, I suppose it was an idea Nakamura had but since these kind of extras always incorporate the newest gf of the volume he couldn't use it since he couldn't think of how to put any of the newest gfs in. Labeling it as an extra chapter's kind of weird though, since the spinoff is already an extra in itself, so it's like an extra of an extra.
