I've gathered it is a battle royale and you need to steal other fighters' wrist watches to gain point. But why are there factions? This chapter the jobber said "he is the fastest from the Kengan Association", but Rei isn't employed by Kengan, he was employed by that blond whore from the pleasure company, atleast during the KAT. Who organized this tournament and for what purpose?
