The whole image has a top left to bottom right line, there's no reason why the right shoulder (on the left) would be lower than the left one (on the right) when it's both closer to us AND the line from the left shoulder goes up. I think you're thrown off by the asymmetric clothes because you can clearly see both arms continue way more than where you drew the shoulders. Front facing shot for comparison.
