Seaslug looks like they were custom-made to be squished/splattered. Same with Lizard, who looks like he'll do his special move before immediately getting one shot. Peacock acts like he's in charge, so Nyudo will probably backstab him. That just leaves Starfish, who seems to get along with Nyudo quite well, and Fly, who is ABSOLUTELY the secret powerhouse.
