My other problems are that the background textures look like shit half the time, the 3D env shadows they don't bother to clean up are a mess, and that the characters are as overanimated as the camera is, which again works great in some scene but is completely unnecessary and detrimental in others. Just because they're the only ones doing things their way doesn't mean they're good at it. Once you have enough of a frame of reference and comparison for things outside anime that share similarities (cinema in general and different types of direction, 3D animation and model work) you really start to notice some of the flaws in their stuff, like how they will fuck up animating characters moving at high speed because the 3D background and the 2D characters' movements don't match up.

This MMO that the world is built on sounds too fictional. Raid bosses don't have phases, they rarely have adds, and they are not completely immune to status effects. And the way the MC describes them, they are not from content that was released during a older patch of the game. Yet, can still be taken down by a team of two, when 40+ players are the most typical of these games. And lets not talk about the dungeons, those things would be considered beginner instances by how small they are.
