For example if, in the final volume, 07 has a sudden epiphany, and the endgame is her and past/future Miroku settling this between themselves in whatever manner, in a place out of time, then I won't care if the story concludes without Ageha ever reaching Star Commander level. It would have been fun to watch him develop organically over a long series, but we are pretty much out of time.
