Don't mistake me for someone who thinks Kinato will survive, the author could easily wrap it up in three chapters, but I think he would have gone down this path even without the cancellation. I don't think Kinato will make it past this batch, but the decisive chapter will be the next one we'll see if the author will include minimal lore about the birth of this princess or jump straight into a fight.
