There are similar characters and certain themes, but Nishi seems to being going for something different with Ichi. Uroro had to make a deal with Ichi to use his body, and even then Ichi was able to kick him out of it as soon as he wanted to.Thirdly, a Majik cannot escape from within a witch unless the witch is dead. It's the founding aspect of being a witch, once you acquire a Majik they are inside you for good, and once again considering Uroro's actions, he tried to get Ichi killed so he could escape.Now, of course, if by some chance he has some means of breaking the rules established, something might happen, but unless that is true, theres no way a jail break scenario can happen unless Dess is dead.
