I think that is really hard.

At the time cultural impact, LS stood against GL which was kind of insane looking back. Azumanga was also huge, but I think it lacked the intentional otaku appeal. Nichijou is for sure last.

QUALITY of the series? I would say its Nichijou > Azumanga = Luckystar
