>ultra bullshit deus ex machina ending that made the entire story about last wishes before death 100% irrelevant because everyone survives anywaysGIVE MY TEARS BACKFUCK FORCED GOOD ENDINGS AAAAAAAAAAAA WHY CAN'T ANYONE WRITE ENDINGS RIGHT LIKE CODE GEASS?
it's about they journey
>>289331406>FUCK FORCED GOOD ENDINGS AAAAAAAAAAAA WHY CAN'T ANYONE WRITE ENDINGS RIGHT LIKE CODE GEASS?Did you forget about Resurrection of Lelouch?
>>289331406>so obsessed with fictional constructs you're blind to the impact on your actual lifecouldn't be me
>>289331406>code geass>the standard of good endingskek
>>289331406Geass was always a poorly written piece of garbage. The fact that Lelouch ends up deceiving the toddlers who watch the show because he lies and actually commits "suicide" doesn't make it any better. It's a forced twist for a kiddy performance; although at least it was consistent with the rest. The "cycle of hate" thing was added to make it seem more important; anyone can see it's absurd, but hey, have you ever seen an intelligent Geass fan?
>>289331406You described most of Key's works.
>>289331452This
>>289331406first time?
>>289331406because Jun maeda is an hack and his fans are the easiest to please with his bullshit melodrama
>>289331406code geass sucked and bringing people back was nice
>>289331406Lelouch was brought back in Code Geass, dude.
>>289331406Little Busters is the reason why I permabanned any KEY shit from my reading list. If you want to make a tragedy at least have the heart to follow through it and make a depressing ending. Fuck magic happy ending.
People never seem to understand KEY endings, because they basically only make sense in the context of the game.Like how CLANNAD was about how Nagisa's life was tied to the town because of a pact her dad made with the town as a child, and the town was dying because everyone was depressed and shit. So Tomoya and his daughter(he became a robot) basically traveled back in time a million times to make everyone in the town happy, so the town and the happiness of the people in it could save NagisaAlso Little Busters, its more obvious in the game how they're in some magical liminal space which can effect the real world, they all abuse it in different ways, like that blue haired girl uses it to erase herself and make her magical friend real instead out of guilt. So Riki travels to the boundaries of the world and breaks the world down in order to restore the system back to where she was alive again, because he didn't care for unhappy endings. He does something which shatters the illusion of the world which causes it to glitch out. Kyosuke was someone who could do whatever was possible, but in the game Riki was someone who could do whatever was impossible, you saw it a few times in the game where he calls upon a small miracle. Everyone uses the world to regret or change parts of themselves from when they were alive, the world can effect odd things.Riki regretted his weakness, and used the abstract nature of the world to travel back, back, back, back to before he was even born. Not to change the world but to eliminate the weakness he had as a child, so that he would be too strong for the bad thing to happen to begin with. Kyosuke used the nature of the world to manifest into the real world whenever the others weren't watching to drag himself over to the fuel pump of the car so it wouldn't explode, but Riki went even further with the same idea.
>>289339040KEY is never a true tragedy genre; its about miracles and happy endings that you have to earn. And you can only earn the happy ending by beating 20 different routes
>>289339307Which again is why KEY can never properly translate into anime; because you can't really translate getting the bad ending, and then spending another 100 hours doing every route and trying hard until you finally reach the good ending into an anime. The anime version is always "get the bad ending and get the good ending five seconds later"
>>289339286I don't care about 2deep4u analysis, I was sold a story, I fucking better get sad story with sad ending.
