Also, I thought while Tsuru is a cunning and scheming fox she is ultimately a good person and sorta helps people grow through the power of youth and all, even though on the surface it looks like she's toying with people for her own entertainment only (that's what she also thinks herself, IIRC. The whole 'I am the observer' thing). The way Rin defeated her in the more recent chapters just felt very snaky and unpleasant in the worst way possible.But then again I don't like Rin, so I am somewhat biased.
