I watched this show when it aired and read a lot of controversy about it. I'm not sure if it's because it's a bad adaption, but it feels like a midwit filter. It's not really a deep show, just artsy. They don't explain everything, but you can infer a lot of it from the "show don't tell" approach. Were people just expecting something like Danganronpa from it or what? Kinda curious to see what people like about it in particular too.
Some things in the anime I think was done well. This scene is exactly what I wanted from Yuuki and Hakushi's reunion in the LN, but instead in the LN version Hakushi basically just tells Yuuki to fuck off.
