I think as a "green" anon my biggest gripe with Shen's morality in relation to the worm is that fundamentally him having clones that he intends to mindjack with Huisheng (maybe not assuming Ryuki's interpretation is accurate ig) and continue the line of connectors potentially leading to a world ending threat which created this version of the worm which is a death cult worshipping him as a God. Shen choosing to be the last connector on his death or at the very least preventing the more insane shit the worm is doing would at least not make him actively complicit in their actions by virtue of almost malicious levels of inaction. Also Sandro's really laying it on thick with who the real bad guy is supposed to be here. Like it's almost comical how over the top he is in trying to make Luohan the real big bad.
