Pretty good, but it has too many characters for its own good. They really could've combined several characters into one.

Having too many characters and not giving them enough focus are two different things
LotGH could have been a good 20-50 episodes longer and it would not have suffered.
It just has a crazy fast pace sometimes.
It should have had more moments with general citizens like we saw early on sometimes as well as more moments with the families of important characters.
Like, whenever you saw a character's family feature, you knew he was about to die, didn't you? Bit weak, that.
