I went back and rewatched the Eris episodes in dub since they’re out now. I swear Gal is voiced by a tranny or something, it’s like nails on a chalk board. I don’t know why they went with such an off voice for a character that should’ve been very straight forward. Nina sounds kinda black but she’s fine. Isolde and Reida sound like how I imagined them pretty much. Auber is average. Eris is the most interesting, her voice actress massively toned downed the brattiness which I guess reflects how she mellowed out.

I think it was pretty obvious to me that Sylphie's "character development" over the story in terms of her new relationship with Rudeus is actually trusting him and understanding his actual character instead of "le rudy" she sees in her mind. Every interaction they had early on with their rushed marriage including diary led me to believe she didn't actually trust him until he showed he was willing to die for her and the family. This was mirroed by the that early on when Sylphie gets asked by Rudeus whether she'd choose him or Ariel she says she'd choose Ariel, since she feels duty bound to her. This is clear in the diary's timeline where she takes priority over helping Ariel and protecting her over her cheating husband. However, in volume 17, after everything that had happened before, when presented with the question again, she chooses Rudeus.. This is also shown later in redundancy when she finally realizes Rudeus is the one that is dependent on her rather than the opposite and she stops being insecure and starts having more of a backbone.
