They have gone through with the training and wasted hours of their lives just to be able to play the game, and realising this is a pointless and unfun toil and a waste of human time they demand that everyone else must go through the same. They're the kind of people who would refuse a bridge being built because they've had to take the long way around all their life instead, and they're bitter at the thought of someone else having it better than they did.
