For me the only explanation is a locked time loop where only Arcana Shadow and Mashutan were allowed to not lose their memories of it when it always resetted with world being enveloped in lies to starting point after makoto jewel broken due to Pochitan time containing powers.But Arcana and Pochtian worked alone not knowing about other involvement in it and as last resort Pochitan decided to bet everything on Anna's Mikuru future kid to save the past for some reason we don't know yet (I really hope it's gonna be revealed that Anna fully knows Mikuru si her own mother at some point but decided to not act upon it to not fuck up the future).
