The only part of her parents we see is the flashback in the manga after Miu wets the bed and puts her sheets in the Itou's laundry bin, you see their mothers talking to each-other about how they're pretending not to notice to avoid embarrassing her so they're probably friendly or close enough with each-other. I don't think we ever see any of the fathers other than Ana's.
