So who has the final Poneglyph? I feel like after Roger reached the final island the world government would try to take one to prevent future pirates from making it, and the only one that would be reachable to them would be the fishman island one. Then there is Gaban who does have a flame scar, but it's really small and if people could really see it so clearly couldn't they also identify him as Gaban instead of the man with the flame scar? You could say that he's old but he would have to take the poneglyph right after Roger's death to prevent it from being stolen by the WG. It could still be him, and he's probably the front runner simply because he's close to our characters currently and fits the description.
