One of the worst manga endings in recent memory
He succeeds in killing the twink only after the twink puts him through a "love-death danganronpaesque" game show (seriously), the MC is trapped behind a bulletproof glass and forced to watch his potential lovers get killed in horrible ways. His main love interest gets injected with poison and dies, MC goes insane, is rescued by the girl he saved during the island arc and then proceeds to fight the twink. The big tweeeeest is that the twink can't feel pain and he's only ever done horrible things because when they were children the MC played the choking game with him and he got multiple orgasms from almost dying and he wants other people to feel the same. MC also gets injected with poison and dies btw.
