I think it's more complicated than that. Araragi is attracted to her physically, but because of what they went through and how he thinks of her he's not attracted to her romantically. It does stem from him thinking she's too good for him but it isn't just that afterwards. In Bakemonongatari he says Senjougahara is the first girl he really fell in love with, though that's not entirely true since he's deluding himself after Neko black, saying that he wasn't in love with Hanekawa and yet fell out of that love. But either way, it's not as simple as your post is making it out to be and Araragi legitimately does not view her in a romantic sense after the events where you could more directly say he fell in love with her.
