I didn't like the look of Falin's chimera form. I get that Marcille needed to use black magic to bring her back because she had been mostly digested, since only her skeleton remained. But I don't think they needed to give her feathers, such a fat lower half and such a huge tail. They could have given her a way cooler design with dragon scales and horns. Kui really sucks at designing cool things. All she knows how to do is make things look different.

In Europe, you didn't have to own a very big farm until you got yourself a flock of sheep/ducks/goats/chickens, but in the very space-limited Japan (and China, somewhat) everything went into growing food for humans. As a result, Japan used human feces for fertilizer much more heavily than Europe. I don't know much beyond that, but they probably had some techniques to cut down on parasitization.
