Unironically Kakashi should be the strongest in series by the end of the series. The dude already copied Guy's 8 gates which makes you a top tier by default. There's no reason he shouldn't be able to copy the Raikage's Lightning God Body technique when it's practically Full Body Chidori, and the 4th's Flying Raijin, and use them all together. He saw every one of those moves and is already a master of lightning, Raikage's body makes you invincible pretty much negating the self damage 8 gates does, and 8 gates gives you strongest in series chakra.Anything less than Kakashi being strongest in verse end of series is bad writing.
