For most campaigns the backer rewards vary based on how much you pledge. But here a majority of people want a Blu-ray of the episode. So that's what they get for pledging, plus any addons they choose.So the campaign doesn't have $700K to spend on the episode since part of that will go into the backer rewards they need to provide.
