i mentioned this idea in the ep 5 chat and my finals are over so i got a chance to experiment
webm related is taking the original .2ch thread and presenting it as subtitles but trying to imitate the nico-nico style.
it's generally difficult to get the subs to sync with the action as people post up to a minute later, but I think I got it with this sequence, where the thread went wild.
I don't think I'm going to carry that forward any more but I'll keep thinking about how to present it, though I don't think an .ass or libass really gives me what I'd need.
