I just finished reading the Beako prequel. Reid died sometime in between Beatrice being 3yo and 140yo. A lot earlier than I had expected considering by the time Beako was 3 Echidna already spoke of the "eastern edge" so Satella was sealed before Beatrice and Puck were created. Echidna still had emotions, but at that time she already knew Al and could go into the Castle...Weird...
