From last weeks episode, but the whole bit with the talking sword was funny. Do these sort of magical accidents happen commonly in the setting, or is Myne especially good at fucking things up because she hasn't been raised within the rules and thus is doing shit most people wouldn't think to try?If it was this easy for most people to make intelligent magic items, you'd think there would be more of them around. The story itself is pretty butchered down to cliffs notes compared to the LN. If the story interests you at all do yourself a favor and read the LN instead and watch the anime as sort of a visual narrative accompaniment. The story is good enough for re-readings and the written WN and LN have a significant amount more of character and plot development. When I say butchered I really mean butchered. This season has been the worst overall for how much they cut and I see it only getting worse from here going forward.

Her various businesses are all being productive and running smoothly, and her little vanity projects are also going well.I'm sure that there will be more conflicts or setbacks LATER in the story, but in terms of whats happening this season its a lot of "this happened, and then this happened, and then this happened" which isn't a STORY. Myne's only weakness right now is her physical frailty, but this comes up rarely and never with any real consequence to it so it feels empty and not a serious impediment.

I'm not saying we don't need the information, but we could simply get dumped the explanation later on when needed as exposition instead of needing to spend whole episodes to convey what could be summarized instead.
