For me the "issue" with Brave Witches isn't that the cast doesn't get enough screen time, most of them do get a focus episode after all. It's just that in comparison 501st has almost perfect balance of characters, and 502st in turn has a handful of weaker witches mixed in there. Like for example, I don't dislike Rall, but she's the strong silent type, so it's not just very interesting to look at her outside her ridiculous body. Now that I think of it, 502st is a mix of my favorite uicchis, and also characters I don't really care about that much, and you can't fix for example Georgette by just pumping her more screen time, because she had some screen time>>290290910The prequel manga is great
