Yes, the manga remake for Karami Zakari tones down several of the darker aspects of the main cast coming from their doujin selves.

In the doujin Kousei and Iida never actually became a couple officially, they were friends with benefits at best, in the manga version they do become a couple, Iida's interest in sex only has her sleep with 3 people at most, in contrast with her doujin version who laid with many, and several times each.
