He's a reanimated corpse chasing his dreams about the future. This flashback seems to point out that the most pressing thing when he was alive was keeping his with himself, playing with his brother and possibly having his brother become a vicar or a doctor. Then, but on a second level, succeed the earl title. My bet is that he has nothing else. MC is unlucky to be the only important thing in his brother's world, otherwise I don't think the doll would even recognize him. Little prediction: if I had to add, I'd guess 1 OG doesn't have any revenge in mind. When he was alive, he had no way to tell who the abusers were. 2 I don't think he'll remember the name/appearance of many other people beside his brother. 3 If there's a single enemy, it should be... Funtom. That's a part of the future he really didn't want, when he was alive. It goes without saying that maybe UT made some more advancements, but if there's one single think I'm willing to bank on, is that OG Ciel has been dead for about three years. The dude on page will definitively make up for a terrific villain, but that's not MC's brother. He died already.
