>>290348959It is development though, Orihime isn't asspulling a Dragon Ball powerup here, it was established in the Hueco Mundo arc that she is not pulling power from reiatsu, she simply bends reality to her will and her only limitation is her constantly telling herself that shit is impossible, so whatever she did this episode was always within the realm of possibilities to her (Like when she realized she could just mix and match the Rikka), she just needed to believe she could do it, it's quite literally the opposite of progression and the definition of development.
