Overall, they're all EXTREMELY good characters with some of the best chemistry in a cgdct I've seen in years. This season's Grow Up Show reaches the same heights in that regard, i think. The antics between Mizuka and Ouka are so great, but I think the cast is a bit too wide in Himawari for them to feel as fleshed out. In Hibimeshi, they all get a basically even amount of screentime and the only relatio ship which felt a touch underbaked was sheep and kurea. Just finished the episodeJust as good as we all rememberThis is such a good show man>OSHINKO HAS FOUR ACCORNSthis line is burned into my memory. Might be my favorite of the show. It's so characteristic of Shinon. What a great flashback to their childhood. And a nice set up for the upcoming episode where they visit their hometown!
Loved how they managed to sneak in a little rain miniepisode in here. Rain episodes are always some of my favorites in these show. Would have been nice to get a FULL rain episode, but we have season 2 for that!Was also great to see how empathetic Makocchi is.
