Looking specifically for high level consorts that actually were being seen by the emperor, there’s not much. The most relevant is a woman named Chen Jiao, who was in an arranged marriage to the Emperor (who was her cousin) since childhood, became Empress, failed to have children, lost favor, lost even more favor as a consort did have children and because of that was essentially left untouched for years as her husband loved the consort. So Chen ended up turning to witchcraft(!) both to get revenge on the consort and to try to get back her husband’s love, and in that process fell in together with a woman named Chu Fu who was a shaman who dressed in men’s clothes. And they spent all their time together doing rituals and potions and - important for this - “sleeping together like husband and wife”. But when the Emperor found out about this, Chu Fu got decapitated and Chen got stripped of her rank of empress and lived alone under house arrest for the rest of her life! And while the lesbianism was a part of the reason for that, the witchcraft was also a crime so it’s a little hard to separate the effects of lesbianism alone.

Maybe it's something to do with the license, I noticed they often have a very similar release pace to originals but delayed by how much time it took for the manga to get picked up and licensed. Or maybe they just want to keep a consistent release schedule instead of speeding up to catch up to the JP releases and then having to slow down. Staying 1-2 volumes behind also gives them a bit of a buffer if the author catches one of those Japanese colds that make you unable to work for half a year.
