Witch Hat Atelier has some of the best art currently out there, and the author being able to get 30 pages done in under 10 days says a lot.

>>290632436You could tell from pretty early on that Shirahama planned for this manga to last a lifetime as long as it sells. The manga is slow, self-indulgent, and baroque, and exactly what a person that intends to make a series that lasts decades would create. Nothing is rushed and instead everything is built up heavily.
