After losing Aizen speaks somewhat more affectionately about Ichigo calling him -kun, he's the only guy that ever tried to understand him. He's immortal, he has time. Bach tried leaving Ichigo alive and tried repeatedly getting him to come to his side, ultimately seeing it as a waste. The chair isnt just a chair it's hundreds of sealing chains holding him in place, he needed Bach to destroy the chair for him, and even then he's still wearing the sealing outfit holding back his powers somewhat
