I wonder how Kongou's ability would fair against Imagine Breaker. Would the moving air coming into contact with his hand shut down the whole thing or would it only stop the air hitting his hand? Her power works by creating ejection ports, would he need to touch the port itself to stop the wind? That would make her a very tough match up.

At the end of the day, it doesn't really matter if Silent Party is canon, since Kongou's absence would've made it happen very differently anyway. The main problem with Silent Party is that we had to watch it in the first place. Source canon fixes that entirely by sparing us from having to read it, even if it did happen, so it's A-OK in my book. As far as source canon is concerned, the girls just met a loli and then (presumably) beat up some robots and then met another loli and then that was that, so simple it was barely worth mentioning. Just a quick side errand, not worth writing about. Definitely not worth tuning in for 8 weeks to watch unfold. Barely a footnote. If you really hate Silent Party that much, then just remember that it also happened during Angel Fall, so literally anything could've acutally happened in reality. Febrie could've been a fat ojisan (who's entire greasy body got scrubbed clean by nude Saten) for all we know lol.
