Incredibly, Yotsuba pretty much declares victory every 3 or 4 chapters - which most anon's would argue as meaningless due to her being a dummy or "mascot character" - but Itsuki's "First girl" position, her tendency to be involved in major scenes/conflicts, and her slow warm up to Fuutarou trumps Nino's obvious vice grip on the screen time.
Miku mostly was getting crumbs of cope by her empire of simps thinking popularity meant anything.

Also Itsuki, all things considered, is pretty mild mannered and boring which was a common "winner's trait" in the classics.
