MC's actions were quite reasonable.
He is suddenly tossed into a death game - so he doesn't trust Yuno immediately.
Yuno proves herself trustworthy, even if obviously mentally ill, but then he finds completely unexplained corpses in her house. This causes him to revert back to not trusting her.
Yuno goes on to break into his home, threaten his mother, and do all sorts of nonsense, creating perfectly reasonable reaction from him.
Yukiteru did nothing wrong.
