Forgettable mecha battles, and I didn't watch the version with tits.White Album one is just awful. It is an insufferably boring, and protracted titsless sex drama that's about as steamy as day old oatmeal and much less appetizing. Maybe I could shrug that off, but the MC is easily the worst MC of any anime I ever saw. There is a reason why so many people wanted him to end up with the scummy manager bitch. They're so awful that they deserve each other. Meanwhile there is a good story buried inside about a rising starlet vs. a setting starlet and how they are both rivals and friends, but to see it you have to get past just the most tedious and unlikable MC ever.I always say these two anime, and I always end up complaining about white album more, but I still can't choose.

Seems like it was written week-to-week by different people all trying to make it about different things until they just become passive-aggressive towards each other and all try to ruin it for each other. You can tell from the first episode it's not going to be good, but it gets worse than you can possibly imagine much faster than you would have ever believed.
