Well if this is it, I have to say that this is a soild 8.5/10 animeA great way to show the original GITS as it always was and a great companion piece to SAC and the movie.I definitely had a lot of fun watching this.

Useful for the PM and other high level politicians. While he also kept that info from Motoko and her team so that they thought they were basically out of a job at the end for going above the standard legal system. Only for Aramaki to swoop in with info that he got them all an even better deal than they expected, earning their loyalty.Aramaki was testing Motoko's group's mettle and their willingness to get the job done and do the 'right' thing regardless of personal costs, and she passed.
